Creating a Culture of Collaboration in Montessori Leadership
Please join WMI Board Members Kavitha Mehta (Northcrest Montessori, MD), Keely Boomhower (Christian Family Montessori School, DC), and Sailini Lohia (Fiore Montessori, VA) for lunch and discussion centered around how we, as school leaders in the DMV, can create a collaborative culture around the challenges we all face, including general hiring practices, finding and training assistants, and teacher sponsorships.
How can we work together to create a culture of collaboration in our community? What are best practices we can consider that allow for the growth and support of all of our schools?
