Writing with Joy and Self-Expression

Spend time on a Saturday morning exploring literacy for the young child with AMI trainer, Jennifer Shields. Jennifer will review the importance of spoken language, demonstrating some of the fun oral arts activities you can do with any child. Then, we will explore phonemic awareness — how can we support children in this delightful exploration of their language? Finally, we will drill down into the techniques and art of giving sandpaper letters lessons and empowering children to express themselves with the moveable alphabet.
